Cayla Helen Montes
Cayla Montes was raised in Freeport, New York. In 2020 she received her BFA in Photo/Video/Film at Montserrat College of Art in Beverly, MA. In 2019, she completed an internship at Studio Daze with Leonard Greco in Beverly, MA where she assisted with photo shoots, post production and studio management. She also did gallery photography and events for the gallery director, Nathan Lewis, at Montserrat. Her work has been exhibited Montserrat Juried Open House, Student Show Case and the Artrageous 33! Art Auction. Her thesis show, Late Bloomer, will be on digital exhibition in Spring 2020. Cayla’s work ranges from studio portraiture to documenting landscapes in locations, ranging to from Arizona, Nevada, California, New York and Massachusetts. She often works in an experimental fashion using both digital and film formats.
